You can't claim that Caliph Umar welcomed Jews and Christians to live together in Jerusalem then post the pact of Umar that bans Jews. He allowed just 20 Jewish families who were to tend the grounds of Al Aqsa, the Temple Mpunt. He didn't allow regular Jews back into the city at all.
