Well the mix certainly would be more varied in 2016 than it should have been in 2020. But I wasn't suggesting all were rednecks in the least, I was just trying to talk in a lingo to explain the kind of life, third world really, that many Russians find themselves in, with far less options for employment, zero social welfare, and far more limited news sources. And if you can't convince that redneck to vote against Trump, you sure can't expect that Russian to oust Putin.
