They serve in not insignificant numbers as do the Druze. They do not consider themselves Palestinians. While other Arab Israelis do serve(aka Palestinians) this is much rarer. They are not required to serve and there is often family pressure not to as well. But among the Bedouin of the Negev and the Druze of Golan, serving in the IDF is a long tradition and they are some of the best fighters the IDF has. Bedouin were also slaughtered on October 7.
