There were no Palestinians to consult- they didnt identify that wasyou but saw themselves as south Syrians, Egyptians or the same people as those of Transjordan. And the governments of such places were consulted at San Remo and a whole bunch of new countries lIke Syria, Lebanon etc were drawn up. Zero objection by the Arabs at the time for the Jewish national home in Palestine.
