Sure, I accept that criticism. It is far from a perfect analogy. I was trying to have people imagine the contrast between, say, flashy New York 5th Avenue and some opoid ridden backwater in the US to show the Russia that is Moscow is vastly different to the life in the small towns beyond the golden ring. People have to begin to understand from whatever framework they already know and comprehend.
