Strange logic bomb you have. A shipping company doing such a thing deliberately would be an ex shipping company very quickly, losing all its contracts. It is not desirable for end users or consumers to have delays and longer routes, but right now all container companies and most of the major Tanker companies are all avoiding the Red Sea. Governments don't want trade affected, shipping companies are very happy when trade is affected, it is their whole business model.
