It is laying some blame on Europe and the US, for your statement to make sense it would have to be a out ukrainians. Blaming jews for the holocaust or ukrainians for the holdomor is victim blaming, Europe and the US are not victims in this, Ukraine is. And Georgia is. Have you asked those people about your opinion?
