In isolation that seems a good analysis but I had some pretty decent data at the time of the Ukrainians racing down the riverbank in a pincer like used in Kharkiv and repeated in Luhansk. It wasn’t around Kherson city. The Ukrainians were still 20km from Kherson when the Russian evacuation ended.
