I don't believe Russia would give it up, it is essentially one big military base and a convenient thrones in the side of Europe. I won't subscribe to hopium even though my ancestors, Prussian Jews, are from there but my family left for Australia in the 1850s, before Bismark united Germany. What I find interesting is that the whole place with rich history was ethnic cleansed of Prussian Germans with the blessing of the whole world.
