Homo Sovietus- as a writer on here and elsewhere…man I wish I had thought of that lol. I wrote an article of the Russian tanker fleet a little while ago, from my contacts within sovcomflot. It’s was 250 ships but is already out of date, the shadow fleet is now 650 worldwide with the vast majority (almost all) being Russian.
