Everyone knows Judaism isn't a race but a religion.

Although I suspect you are trying to be disingenuous and conflate Judaism (a religion) with being a Jew- an ethnoreligious people/tribe/nation. Being a Jew is not a religion.

Other examples of ethnoreligious people are Yezidi, Druze etc.

And using the term race isn't correct either- that is 1860s German Race theory. In biology there is one race, in anthropology only half a dozen which are quire meaningless( and puts all Jews, Persians, Arabs in with Europeans).

In the modern world, we use ethnic and ethnoreligious as terms to describe groups of people NOT race. Unless you're racist ,of course..
