Couldn't have put it more eloquently myself. It is interesting that turkic languages and Georgian don't have male/femal pronouns and do just fine. What is also interesting is using they as the non binary do is impossible in these languages and most others. Really it is an Englsih speaking privilege to use they in the singular, yet other languages have no need for it in third person plural. So yes, I agree with your suggestion, just like Ms came along. Create something new since destigmatising It seems too hard.
