Come and see me when you have been treated like second class citizens and had regular pogroms against you by Muslims over a 1400 year period. There are pockets of tolerance in Persia and especially Azerbaijan, and somewhat in Central Asia- but generally Muslims have treated Jews like crap for a millennium. They have, however, treated us better than Christians in Europe, that doesn't get the Muslims off the hook, it just shows how bad it was in Europe.

The FBI statistics are clear- Jews per capita AND in absolute terms, are the target of hate crimes more than Muslims in the US.
