As an Aussie who spent his formative years in the UK (father was in the Navy on exchange) I would go back there in a heartbeat. I am too old even for the relaxed changes but I just wasn't aware of working holiday schemes in my 20s. I still sport an English accent though it has softened a bit but I would absolutely live there if I could. It always seemed ridiculous than eastern Europeans with no English skills had more right to live in the UK than we do, given the fact my ancestors are from there and we still had the Queen as our head of state. Brexit allowed the free trade agreement but wish it allowed for more. (Arguments Brits have about Brexit is something else entirely). I miss my rainy days and lush fields. I guess there is always New Zealand..
